Baskets, Trays, Mats

In pre-industrial times in farming and village societies in most parts of the world, artisans made an abundance of containers for various things and substances (from baskets for grain or vegetables to milk jugs to tote bags). RAW artisans employ bamboo strips, plastic strips, raffia and a variety of other workable fibers to make their containers both practical and useful and lovely.
